**ESTOPPEL REQUESTS**
If you represent an attorney, title agency or other interested party who needs a completed estoppel form for settlement, please email the form to LeilaniHeights@yahoo.com. Please allow several weeks lead time, though every effort will be made to complete and return the form ASAP.
There is a $250 estoppel fee; checks may be mailed to the Leilani Heights Homeowners Association Inc., PO Box 532, Jensen Beach FL 34958.

| HOA Meeting: Please attend our bi-monthly meeting which will be held on Wednesday 2/11/26 at 7:00 PM at the Martin County Fire Rescue at 2710 NE Savannah Road, Jensen Beach. If you cannot attend the meeting in person, you can attend via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81985174386?pwd=aMALroedpKxJrCCA3xa8b9jIlhJ73q.1 Meeting ID: 819 8517 4386 Passcode: 34957 Homeowners are always welcome at meetings, which are generally held the second Wednesday of the month beginning at 7:00 PM on Zoom and at Martin County Fire Rescue at 2710 NE Savannah Road, Jensen Beach. In addition, we are always looking for residents willing to serve on the HOA board or in some other volunteer capacity. There are current openings to serve on the board- the community needs you! Please email the board if you’re interested in serving at LeilaniHeights@yahoo.com. Annual dues of $150 are due January 31st. Even if, for whatever reason, you did not receive an invoice, you must still pay your dues. Dues can be mailed to: Leilani Heights Homeowners Association, Inc., P.O.
