The meeting is on the 2nd floor. Parking is on the street and behind STS Aviation Group/Jan’s Place. Additional parking is in the Publix Plaza by Crabby’s Oyster Bar. In addition, we are always looking for residents willing to serve on the HOA board or in some other volunteer capacity. HOA board elections are held every December. Annual dues of $150 are due January 31st. Even if, for whatever reason, you did not receive an invoice, you must still pay your dues.
